I’ll say exclusif blue is what you should get if you actually want Layton. From the opening to dry down it’s Layton 1 to 1. Layton notmally performs about 6-7 hours but exclusif blue is beast mode and performs about 8-10 hours on skin 12+ on clothes. Detour Noir is the way to go especially if your newer into fragrances and don’t know how to spray or deal with a beast mode fragrance because they can be intimidating. Overall go with what you like Obviously. If you want the actual Layton experience go with exclusif blue, if you want a toned down Layton experience go with detour noir. I don’t mean that in a bad way, just depends on what your taste is. I like exclusif blue better but especially if it’s a money issue you still get a good product for detour noir. You also do t have to slap ppl in the face wearing exclusif blue, it’s just knowing how to handle how you Applicate a beast mode fragrance.

Sounds to me that you don’t like your Santa Cruz … I have a 2022 with 30k I get great gas mileage. I’ve been to Canada and Laredo Texas. 3000 miles and spent 371 $ I drive 200 a week and still spend on 130$ a month . So I don’t know what you’re talking about

Just got the Detour one. It's a simple smell, strong pleasant vanilla. I'm not sure if Layton is pretty much that but slightly better since I haven't smelled it, but it does seem more of a female fragrance than male. Maybe if I'm wearing light, white shirt or semi-informal but still casual outfit it would fit a man but it's not for everyone. I like the smell, don't see it working on myself.
