I wouldn’t see why not. Depth map renders or z-depth render passes are used all the time in video and motion to simulate depth of field.

The Time Editor is pretty much a replacement for the Trax editor that came with Maya 2017. I am old school. But either can work.

Off the top of my head I would set two initial character sets or keyframes of the rig. One in T-pose then keyframe a later frame to the A-pose. This way you can snap between the two. Maybe even make both a clip.

Is it possible to export into a AE project or make a dynamic link from premiere rush to AE? Since editing in AE is very slow, and i dont wanna pay premiere pro for editing task.

How do i move my mixamo rig around in maya without keyframing everytyhing over ? it gets imported to world 0 and i cant move it. it just bounces back

Hi there. This can be done in a few ways. You could create either a locater or curve at the base of the character (like you see on open-source rigs) and parent it to the Mixamo rig. This leaves the key on the rig and gives you control over the position of the rig. The locator can then be keyed and animated for your position. First, you select the rig in the outliner, and then you select the locator (or curve) and hit p. Another way could be animation layers.

This falls apart quickly. When I go to download Amy there are 4 options, not 2, and there is no option for "T-Pose"
