I really enjoy your tours, very thorough and cover all the details. Plus I heard you say you were taking your shoes off in a coup of the videos. That’s considerate of you and takes only a second or two to do. It’s the type of courtesy I would hope an agent would show in my own home. One suggestion, you should look into working with a videographer. It would be really cool to see you taking us through these homes and make your tours more personal.

I too had a difficult day completing this video--you sound soooooo very board! Your video work also needs much more attention to detail--the visuals are off--angles are all strange when looking at individual images. Man, you seem loaded or half asleep. Guess it’s a nice house but you don’t help to sell very well.

I don’t get the shower room. The window will fog all the time. Those shower heads are very close to the glass door. You will get soap and water all over the glass. The knob is in the middle of the shelf which limits your space

I get what you are saying. The knobs are in the center of the niche, which definitely takes up space. if you are referring to the shower heads with the hoses being too close to the glass, I would assume that you wouldn't be using those where they are mounted. Some, if not all, of these issues can be addressed at the design stage as well. I appreciate your comments and attention to detail! Thanks for watching!

I built custom houses in silicon valley for 55 years. About the biggest was 4000 I have noticed that many of these plans are mixied up. What you need in a multi million dollar home is a dramatic entry inside and out. You also need to build 2 story with the second story not over the first floor. so you can do what ever with the ceilings I bought a lot in silicon valley in1971 for 7500 3 acres and built a 3000' house for 20 dollars a ft.. Right now houses in SV cost about 700 and up per sq ft I can picture a floor plan in my mind

Should have used beams instead of columns upon entering. The only bedroom on main floor before going to the basement does not have a closet. Needs one.

That would depend on where the home is located, if it is in an HOA neighborhood or not. These homes can be built on your lot as long as its within the builders region.

These houses and housing plans reaching their tendrils north from Pittsburgh are a cancer upon the entire area. It even looks like cancer if you look at a satellite view of the area from 10 years ago vs today, go back to LA or NY. We dont want you.

It's breathtaking! My only con was entering to a bunch of poles/columns. I wish they'd use beams instead. The owners suite is jaw dropping. The laundry room is a woman's dream. The home is just AWESOME!

Tour was nice beautiful home, but incomplete . Why weren't the closets shown in all the different bedrooms. Only the master bedroom closet the actual inside was shown . The barn closet doors were shown in all the bedrooms that had that type of closet door but the door was NEVER ACTUALLY OPENED ON ANY OF THE CLOSETS WHY NOT? THIS WAS AN INCOMPLETE TOUR OF AN EMPTY HOUSE. Perhaps that would have been exceptable in some cases if the house had actually been occupied and people's belongings were in those closets for their privacy only, otherwise this was an incomplete tour of an entirely empty home . So sad 😢I love looking in closets and cupboard ect Loved the pantry tour at least 😊😊😂
