The amount of outlets in the kitchen of this home is disappointing for an American Legend home. Only one outlet on the counters and no outlet on the butler's pantry..

Big fan of your videos. Highland homes has a 40’ plan in Parks at Wilson Creek called ‘Belmont’ that has a master upstairs. This is their best selling 40’ plan there. I think having the master upstairs makes for a bigger living and kitchen area downstairs. Would you take a smaller living/kitchen area to have the master downstairs? Also I think parents with younger kids prefer the master at the same level as the kids bedrooms. Even with these things considered, do you think having the master upstairs a big negative during resale?

I don't know if I would want such tall ceilings with the Texas heat. Keeping the downstairs equally comfortable with all the heat rising to the upstairs bedrooms could be a logistical challenge. But almost all of the Texans I know like to pretend that they love the heat. What would make it all worthwhile, though, are the breathtaking views!

i suggest you walk through the neighborhoods rather than drive because it would help orient where in the area you are. it’ll also maybe give you more perspective on where walkability is lacking and why that’s something developers are focusing on. also a map overlay would help. i’d be interested in future videos on similar topics with that in mind!
