Proton Therapy is available in a few selected centers around the country. If you opt for Proton Treatment you must live away from home for 6-8 wks. Radiation seed treatment is one day and the outcome is the same and so are the possible side effects.

@gocar1962 Proton therapy is the least invasive of the available options and produces an excellent qualilty of life with minimal side effects.
