I would love to see an updated makeup/hair/skin/self care routine. I’m moving with my family into a 600 sqrft house and am very nervous.

My boyfriend buys clothes from an expensive brand which does clothes from pure merino wool. They are not fast fashion. He really takes care of his clothes and they are broken 10 times faster than my fast fashion clothes. I started buying Levi’s jeans. 2 pairs of Levis jeans killed in 1 year. In the past I was buying Primark jeans. One pair of fast fashion Primark was not breaking during few years. Brands marked as „not fast fashion” is scam as hell. 70€ white lululemon sport bra started being grey after few washing (I wash my white clothes separelty). My other sports bra from Aliexpress that cost me 5€ is snow white after the same amount of washing.

This was me for the longest time, not that I was super minimalistic or organised but I tried to incorporate that into my life where I could, until one day I visited my maximalist friend’s place that’s filled with stuffed toys and everything fluffy. She’s not intentional or compulsive about it, she just loves certain things, and the moment I walked in I immediately felt safe, warm and cosy. That’s when I realised I should just live my life how I please, it’s about the joy in the things we do and bring into our space, not rigid concepts and rules we unnecessarily set up for ourselves 😊

I decluttered so much after I moved, I don't have much to get rid of anymore, so yeah I'm a minimalist.

To me having a wealthy life means having financial security, time, a few good friends and by few I mean 2 or 3 I don't need more. Being able to enjoy things in life such as a sunrise or an adventure to a place I haven't explored yet, being of service to others and above all being in good health. Without health you really have nothing. Always be grateful for your health. It's sad to see people who have everything but because they are battling serious illness they can not enjoy their life.

I have soooo much clothes but I feel bad getting rid of a lot... Not only because they cost me my hard earned money but also because less clothes means doing laundry more often. Which is bad for my adhd brain but also for the environment... So I'm really conflicted

"Less words." That's the prompting I felt quite strongly in my Spirit just a couple of days ago, and it has lingered since. I think that getting rid of some books is the step I am going towards right now to help lessen stimulus in my currently fairly small living environment. :) Thank you for the video! It really resonated with my heart and desires. With gratitude:)

I love music too much to not listen to it 24/7 haha. So no silence for me when I'm alone. And going outside into a crowded space without noise cancelling is awful as a HSP with ADHD.
