I have a really good design but I'm sacred to use it, should I?

I find myself in a trap. Not having enough to get an office to work from. Offices are expensive and you normally have to sign a lease for 6 months at least. Setting up a clothing brand is scary. I might have to put it on the back burner for a year or two and maybe start something else first.
