Mystrika has completely transformed how I approach cold email campaigns. The tag management system is a lifesaver, and the team collaboration feature promotes healthy communication. Plus, the unlimited sending email addresses for campaigns make scaling a breeze. Give Mystrika a shot and watch your outreach efforts soar.

I cannot imagine doing cold email without Mystrika. The AI writing feature is a game-changer, and the preheaders have boosted my open rates significantly. The programable email option is next level, and the inbox rotation feature is a breeze to use. Mystrika truly takes your outreach to the next level.

Mystrika is far superior to any other cold email tool out there. Trust me, I have tried them all. With Mystrika, my sales have grown, and I have closed more deals than ever before. The detailed analytics and new interface are just unbeatable. Give it a try and thank me later.

I've been time boxing for 2 years, some insights: I need to set some items to TENTATIVE and some to BUSY to allow others to be able to schedule meetings with me on busy days/weeks where my schedule is completely filled I schedule pretty much everything, and set personal items to private It becomes a to=do list, and as the day/week progresses, I go back and arrange the time boxing from what was PLANNED to what ACTUALLY HAPPENED, this was the only way to analyze - I also push uncompleted items to the next day. I change the category in outlook to adjust colors. When I started I had many categories, this was unsustainable, colorful, but too much to keep track of and do when adding tasks, today I have 5 colors: ToDos are Blue, Meetings are Orange, and Completed items are purple. Gray is lunch and personal time like running an errand; RED is for super urgent things like my passport appointment downtown. I had to train my coworkers and reports how to identify tentative time and busy time (tentative shows as striped in outlook scheduling assistant). My BIGGEST HUGEST ADVICE EVER THOUGH: block off your mornings, I block off 8am-11am, everyone hated it at first, it was the ONLY ONLY ONLY ONLY ONLYI way I could get through emails every morning and all of the MANY inboxes in SAAS/cloud apps we use. 3 hours minimum, my life is so much less stressful because of it. Do the same for the time of day you need. Also I block off my lunch, and I have my reports block off any times they need on their calendars even if they don't do time boxing - for when they are out of office, picking up your kids from school? that's fantastic, BLOCK IT OFF - no need to tell anyone why. It helps everyone, no one is looking for them, teams says 'out of office' no one trying to schedule emergency meetings with them, etc. it's great.

I have a question. What if one misses a time box or several time boxes during a day for whatever reason maybe because one was too lazy. Should one focus on the latest time box and ignore the missed time box/ boxes or what do you suggest?
@prestochango17
@prestochango17 Жыл бұрын
Move on and keep the flow going. During your daily review (that evening or the next morning) you access why those boxes were missed and what to change.

Want to watch, but the flipping screens is distracting. And why do tubers point up in the air to reference another video? There is never anything there.

Hello Kim, may I ask what you mean by flipping screens? Depending on the platform you are watching videos on, you should see what they call cards in the top corner to where KZfaqrs points. Thanks for the feedback.

Great video, thank you! How do you track your employees hours? You mentioned you’re a remote company, as am I, so I’m wondering how you track hours and keep them honest. We are hiring two people today and it’s out very first hire after being in business for 12 years! 😥 Thank you!

Thank you, and thanks for watching! We do not track employee hours. We much prefer a results driven environment, where we measure our employees output by the results they create, instead of tracking hours. Maybe a future video topic?

To prevent burnout, I keep a regular bedtime schedule. I always get 8-9 hours sleep on weeknights. I tried it on weekends, but I usually end up staying awake past my regular bedtime...So now i just accept that weekends I can stay up later.
