But I’m sorry for ever doing it. Hugh: Well Jimbo, to tell you the truth: I was never any good at competitive sports. To be honest I really do this every year because I want to spend time with you. Jimmy: I have a better idea on how we can do that Dad. Hugh: How? Jimmy: Next year, I’ll do the Parent-Child Picnic Games with Mom, and the next day me and you can have a father-son day to celebrate how well I did. We could go to the movies, play catch, visit Retroland, anything. Hugh: That’s a great idea son. We’ll do it. (Jimmy and Hugh hug while Judy smiles. After Jimmy is done hugging his dad, he walks to his mom.) Jimmy: So Mom, will you be my partner for next year’s games? Judy: Alright Jimmy. I’ll do the Parent-Child Picnic Games with you next year.
