Come on, seriously? I sense a new human with very little life experience if any. I am a picky sob and I’ve flown American for decades. Over the last 2 years, it still is decent service and equipment, better than nearly all other US based airlines.

As a turkish airlines frequent flyer I have spotted 2 mistakes: 1. 4:58 that wasn't the plane you were flying on because that was an a330. The a330 has an old business class cabin but you were on an a350 or b787 aircraft because they only have the new seats. 2. 4:58 as I said you were on an a330 (which is an airbus plane not boeing)
