I use this product it's fantastic,as are all It products

The PTR one allows no hydration under it. The bye bye does. Encourages it. I won't put anything on my underwear without hydration first. The concealer part I thin largely depends on your concealer. I have had ZERO problems with concealer coming off when I apply the bye bye. Hope this helps

Have you had a problem using it over a concealer? Every time I try to apply over concealer, it takes all the makeup with it. And yes, I allowed it to dry first

I used the last one recommended. Another influencer used and found it to be easy. They weren’t easy for me at all. I had them on my counter, the base of my mirror and they were stuck to my fingers. I’d like to get my eyes done. It would be so much easier.
