What was once their proudly advertised 'Unlimited Drive' is now being downgraded to 10GB (unless you complain, which they then give 30GB). Adding insult to injury, they are now requiring a payment of $1.50 per GB for the original Tier 7 customers in excess of the new limits for what was originally promised to them. Why are they doing this? This is all in the name of 'fair use,' which they only recently created and arbitrarily determined what constitutes as such. For context, new Tier 7 customers have 10GB allocated. That is about 7-10 hour-long meetings before they will either be auto charged or their files begin to be auto deleted. When I complained about the breach on AppSumo, the Vivomeetings support team tried to unilaterally force a refund. This is just so upsetting and shows a lack of commitment to LTD customers.
