Si tu licencia es MS 365 Business, entonces deberias instalarla nuevamente y solicitar al admininistrador que reinice MFA para tu cuenta, luego podras configurar el app nuevamente. Si tu eres el administrador, entonces deberias contactar a soporte de Microsoft. Saludos

I have never tried to recover a deleted group. I investigated and some people say it is not possible to recover a deleted group, however, you could try searching the logs of events. Search for the deleting event to see if you are offered the recovery option. Hope it helps. Thank you.

If the users/accounts are configured as IMAP, then all email history should be on the server and no backup is required. This is not the case for POP since most data is only stored locally in the user's device. A backup is necessary when using POP. I suggest configuring the accounts again in Outlook as a new email account. Thank you.

When you rename the users (to the new domain) the email data and files remain associated to the user. No data is lost. Thank you.

But if it is a question that can be answered quickly and easily: is it such that I can take the Microsoft Office email account and its aliases that I have in my GoDaddy account and then add them to an existing private Microsoft account that I already have? I currently have 1. a Microsoft private account that has all of the Office software + OneDrive + Skype but I am not using email with it, and 2. a GoDaddy email account with NO Office software + OneDrive + Skype. So is it possible to put these things inside one account (outside of GoDaddy)? If this is something that can not be answered quickly in this KZfaq space here, sorry for bothering you. The videos on your channel are excellent free resources an highly appreciated. But I understand if this question comes more under your paid services i.e my query is not easily dealt with here. The MX record controls your ability to receive emails. It is expected that you can send emails even if the MX record is not set up correctly. I suggest to check your domain's MX record if you can't receive emails. Use your webmail to confirm if you are actually not receiving emails and discard any issues with your email settings on your email app. Thank you.

I had a deeper problem, because i saw that you can logg in to your e-mail without the need of an authenticator and then reset it inside your e-mail profile. But the deep problem I had was that I could not remember the security answers to my old e-mails so I had to reset those, which are going to take 30 days to do. haha.

Make sure you allowed the connector to access your Google Account. You can try to remove the connector and start from the beginning. If you are migrating from Google Workspace, verify your account has been authorized by the Administrator to accept this type of connections. You may have restriction if you are trying to migrate from shared drives. Thank you.
