Looks like the meat had to much grease in it. Sorry but your hands looks dirty but its your food. Now when your getting your food out to try it when it gets done your hands look clean. Like I said its your food your channel so you have that right. Looks good tho . But I make my own sloppy Joe sauce from scratch.

There’s an easier way to do that buy a frozen premade macaroni and cheese dish put it in the oven and then halfway through the bake time dump in a can of chilli mix it up put it back in the oven for the remaining cook time and then serve it up
