How do we knw how to lead a question without hearing the facts. How did u even get to “you had a drink at the bar”🤷🏾♀️

I am of the Attorney in Fact School. I am of this class because I as a man believe that I am able to acquire, attain, and present argument in a suitable court of jurisdiction. I have taken on this role because 1. I am not dumb before the court. 2. In my view the Judge, Prosecutor, and Attorney sleep in the same bed at the end of the day. 3. I do not recognize the Justice system as the Administer of Fairness, I view it more as a Cartel. Hells Angels, Mafia, and the Bar Association operate under same guiding principles. I imagine the World operating one day without the operation of the Cartel in our Justice system. It is the marriage between the Justice Cartel and Government Cartel that has placed our World in plunder. I say this with extremely high regard for you, and of your valuable contributions to this practice. One day soon we will begin to experience Justice evolving. This is demonstrated now in the understanding of Common Law as it pertains to Commerce Law and other complimentary law including Contract Law which can only function by voluntary consent. In my World of commerce, the sale of goods and services. Top of mind for all business decisions is " Can I Dominate this market? " In business we have two choices in this regard. I can either compete or dominate. Competing is expensive and time consuming. I choose to Domination. The next questions I have are " What is required to dominate? First off I do not want to enter a crowded arena, and I do not want to enter a market where the existing dominator would prove to strong. Isolated markets is often in focus. As business man if I applied my wisdom and understanding to establishing a Law Franchise I would focus my franchise on solely representing Contract Law cases. We must understand that Contract Law tears a lot of other Laws to pieces. As a businessman I like short sales cycles, I like repeatable process, I like processes that I can easily teach others, I like remote working conditions, and in this process I like many of me working with many of you at the same time. What I really like is making 99% of my profits without visiting a court room. I am retired now but as a business man this one could be a lot of fun

Yes, I reckon I should become a lawyer ... with some caveats, of course. The Q&A to ur Quiz follows - Why I will make a great lawyer: 1. Do I enjoy being a student. -Yes, absolutely! My time at uni taught me to be a life-long learner. -Growth: I would like to study law to further my already in-depth understanding of international contractual law, as it would apply to digital marketing and sales of e-commerce. I studied at nights, weekends, and on lost vacations to get my degree. -No, if I cannot use the study to profit quickly. 3 years of law school is a long time, so I do have patience and persistence enough to persevere. 2. Do I see myself ever being a teacher? -"When the master is ready, the students will appear." -Yes, and have taught, as well as constructed the curriculum in industry, even in a foreign language and several countries as a consultant. -Oddly enough, in international roaming, I had to explain/teach a standardized legal framework and contract law to a legal team in Dubai. It took me some time to analyze, how to simply/condense the framework so payment could even understand it quickly. -"Brevity is key!" This has also frustrated me in the past, when I could not be even more concise. 3. Do I have the skillset to be a good waiter: -Yes, again! -This is a great question, because most do not, in my humble experience. -The best examples are at bars. If a bar person cannot look you in the eyes, they should not be working at that establishment or in any other role in gastronomy. -Proactively listening and the pause are often very overlooked traits in gastronomy, so I can not only see the analogy of your question, but also the truth in it. -Many lawyers/attorneys with whom I have worked over the last decade do not have this trait. 4. Could I see myself being a therapist: - -Yes. -I have a few great examples at my age, some bad as well. -Proactive listening and wanting to help people genuinely are key skills to possess. -In business, I had to mentor executives and employee/trainee managers on process and execution, as well as on-board new executives to the team. 5. Do I consider myself to be a planner? -Yes, in terms of planning an approach. -No in terms of action taking, in that I do want data- and evidence-based planning, organizing, and decision-making, however, it is my experience that but too much planning thereafter can also lead to "analysis paralysis".

Hi Jarrett Your content really resonates and we opened our firms in the same year. Have you read "Simple Numbers" by Greg Crabtree? That book opened up a great pathway for us on our route to Scaling Up (another great book, by Verne Harnish).

In the Karen-Read-trial the Judge did allow only to object, not to explain why - I found this was so difficult for the jury not to know why there was an objection. Sorry she asked the prosecutor, if he wants to object, when he didn't in the first place - is this allowed?

From other lawyer's explanations, if there's doctors diagnose, go get the doctor's diagnose. Amber can say or make up anything, which is hearsay and should not be presented in court.

I'm sure you could find something like a longer lens case, or even a firearm case that has the pre-cut, removable foam rectangles. You essentially pull out (or cut out) the foam to fit the item.

That's a good thought. I may look into getting another camera backpack so I can pack the IPEVO like a camera lens. The bag needs to be big enough to also fit the MacBook Air and iPad as well.

It started out fine, or so we thought. Then they said the price was going up to $25 per month for “HIPAA compliant” service, which was not available just a few months before when we signed up. When we asked for an explanation, Adam C with Humblefax responded unprofessionally and failed to answer our question. We wondered how they knew the contents of what we were faxing? Adam claimed they have AI technology, but it’s clear a human must have reviewed the contents of our communication, in violation of HIPAA, to be so certain that we were “required” to pay $25 per month for HIPAA compliant fax service. (Side note: we consulted with an attorney who advised that we are not required to use a HIPAA compliant fax service so long as we are otherwise complying with the regulations.) After canceling the service, we also discovered that several important faxes that were shown as successfully delivered by Humblefax NEVER ARRIVED at the recipient. Lastly, they released our fax number we ported over from AT&T, a number our organization has had for many years, so that we were unable to port it to our new, competent fax provider.

Have begun using Claude in clarifying legal arguments in appellate briefs. It is spooky how much it seems to know, and puts my own understanding of the topic in clear terms. When the AIs quality approaches the average IQ of the average lawyer (and that goes for every respective occupation's worker IQ) the Terminator apocalypse at the economic scale will have begun; why pay for human thinking power when AI is as smart as needed to the same job?
