The first English willow bat I had was BAS Vampire, in 1998, I was in 6th. It was some 2000 back then, I don't remember the model. Told at home it was 1000, secretly collected the other 1000 for months. The lower end splintered when one of my friends slogged a shot! Only if had your service back them! Memories!!!!!

how much weight of the bat was reduced ? No professional cricketers use refurbished bats. I haven't seen anyone use a refurbished repaired bat till date. It will completely change your set game. better to buy a new one. But if you are a non professional, casual weekend cricketer then this might work
