it worked!!! Thank so much Doc! I have had a stuffy nose for 6 days now, and it was getting worse, to the point where I was waking up in the middle of the night gasping for air. After trying a lot of other things: - day 1 and 2: - Buckley cold and cough -> didn't work - Took "Fisherman's friend" tablets (2), which have menthol in them) -> temporary relief, but nothing changed. - day 3 - spent some time in the sun, jogged for a bit to force my body to push air around -> provided temporary relief, but didn't work - salt water gargles -> helped a little bit to get phlegm out of the throat and to sooth the throat, but stuffy nose was still 100% - drank more water throughout the day - some more "Fisherman's friend" tablets (2) - again, temporary relief to get SOME breathing going, but nothing changed. => ultimately didn't work. - day 4 - did eucalyptus steam -> didn't work - drank lemon and ginger tea -> didn't work - drank squeezed lemon juice in warm water -> very temporary relief, but didn't work - day 5 (woke up with FULL ON Stuffy nose, had to breath through the mouth!) - drank squeezed lemon juice in warm water, with added powdered organic ginger -> still no relief - THEN I decided to try this! Rosemary, oregano and thyme steam and DAMN!!! took the FIRST wif of the steam and instantly felt phlegm loosen in my throat, and I went and spit it out. 5m in, my nose and mouth were dripping mucus (I couldn't frigging believe it!), and after 15m steam, I went and spit out more phlegm, and now i'm feeling MUCH MUCH better!!! I feel my sinuses in my nose bridge (near the eyes) open up. - Now I don't know if day 4 activities helped loosen the phlegm and mucus, but on day 5 morning, I was feeling horrible, so I'm gonna say day 4 activities didn't work THAT much. THANK YOU once again! God bless.

Will the legs being so loose, cause the baby wake up more often? My baby kicks her legs a lot, she’s 10 weeks. When I swaddle her more tightly, she ends up sleeping longer, I believe because her legs aren’t freely kicking throughout the night. I want to get a sleep sack but I don’t wanna waste my money being that she may not sleep peacefully in it, please let me know

These are rubbish... why would you put anyone in a straight jacket? A normal swaddle with no Velcro is fine & much safer. I definitely do not recommend these.

I love daylight saving! It doesn’t have to be a hassle if you know what to do and getting your kids to adjust to the new time change. I wouldn’t change it for anything in the world and I live in Victoria, Australia.

Yes and no. Autism is a brain injury. Diagnosed early and treated with a proper elimination diet a child can make substantial improvements. All humans are much better off not consuming fruits vegetables and grains. It would also be better for the planet. But yes the child will likely always learn differently. An educational system in deep denial is extremely problematic. Einstein was not autistic. Autism is a real epidemic. Very soon half our children will be on the spectrum. Round up hermicide must be banned.

I begun following this blood pressure level remedy , Notovα Shocking Plan (Go ogle it) a few days ago and also have already spotted an optimistic improvement in my blood pressure level! It has stabilized my blood pressure, no question about that. I have seen important development in just TWENTY days of applying this approach. 5 more days and nights passed and my pressure is at the normal level at 120/55.

I have experienced high blood pressure & consuming prescriptions ever since I was 26 years of age. This is the earliest blood pressure treatment , Notovα Shocking Plan (Go ogle it) which has ever actually worked to reduce my pressure by natural means. The prescription dr ugs recommended to me to have were not of used anymore after a calendar month of consistently following this manual.

This blood pressure level alternative is very clear, concise, and straightforward to study. I simply needed Two nights (few hours) of browsing the guide to fully get a handle on the guidebook. On keeping track of my blood pressure levels, the effects went from 148/98 on thanksgiving celebration to 116/78 in just Four week period.. I researched about this guidebook by Google. Name of this tip is Jason Cυnobroke all the best

Huh? She said at the end "if you're under 30 or over 65, we screen every 3 years ". This is inaccurate. The recommendation is that women over 65 years old, with a history of normal paps, can STOP getting paps altogether. Direct quote : "The USPSTF recommends against screening for cervical cancer in women older than age 65 years who have had adequate prior screening and are not otherwise at high risk for cervical cancer."

I went to you, you pushed the surgery on me, when I am still able to eat, then you claim you would take my gallbladder out along with it. When I told you I couldnt have any surgery until the following year, due to my job, you kept pushing it on me. I would not trust you slice me open! How many people did you destroy after giving Hiatal hernia surgery to and ripping out the Gallbladder along with it??? You are the type who only wants your quota for the year, and not the well being of a patient!! Also when I told you I manage it with cannabis, you belittled me! Shame on you for pushing surgery and manmade drugs instead of natural cures and natural ways of dealing with a hernia!!

It’s definitely not a straight jacket it’s good to use for sleeping especially during the night in the first month helped me tremendously with my son I wish I would’ve had this with my 1st because those first 2 months at night were so hard to get my daughter comfortable with sleeping at night I couldn’t get her swaddled good

Hello! The SleepSack that I have doesn't have velcro. Is it safe to just wrap and tuck the blanket around my one week old?
@s216674

Is it safe to swaddle with the arms out earlier than 3-4 months? Our 3 week old fights the swaddle at times and spends more time working to get his arms out than he does sleeping. He seems to like his arms free, but everything we have been taught or saw when we were in the hospital had his arms in. Is using the sleepsack with arms out at this stage OK or is it putting him at more risk? I would add that at approx. one week, he managed to get himself on his side when on blanket, though we have not noticed that in his crib or bassinet. Thanks!
@lakehealth
@lakehealth 7 жыл бұрын
Congratulations on your new baby! Yes. Absolutely. Having arms out does not affect 'safety' with a swaddle wrap, and you start to leave his arms out as he begins to roll and push himself over - or earlier if he prefers! Matter of fact, most babies prefer arms out after the first weeks and that is fine.
