as an italian Juve fan, this was the greatest individual defense performance ever......it seemed incredibly to watch it live, especially considering he was lined up hastily after a surgery during the carrying out of the tournament!! 35 year old, against Brazil, in a WC final, playing under the sun at 2 pm in a hot California summer day .....just insane

I want to point out to everyone that that was Brazil... I think that playing against such a defensive phenomenon, (he seemed born specifically to do that given the naturalness he had in playing), must have been a nightmare for the offensive players of the other teams . Incredible!!

как я уже говорил, я впервые увидел ввод мяча в игру с руки у Дасаева как он точно метал мяч и за 50 метров рукой а ногой вообще редко выбивал и то точно получалось. действительно был хозяином вратарской да и в целом в штрафной. у него не были такие показушные броски за мячом) как делали некоторые вратари наподобие Габелия с Тб Динамо , все делал Дасаев по дело и ничего лишнего и никакой показухи.

вот оборона была тогда у СССР и в целом оборонялись классно при этом забивая и побеждая. я о том что почти все удары в этих эпизодах из дали из за штрафной но это не умоляет мастерство Рината, Дасаев в 80 годах номер 1 вратарь в мире. и не заслуженно мало о нем говорят и вспоминают. умели играть в футбол в советские годы и командный футбол и индивидуальные футболисты были сильны.
