Great recipe, thank you. God made the plans for us to use for our health and our benefit. His products far as the plants if they're processed properly don't have all of the side effects that synthetic medicine does. Again, thank you.

Not as much or as bad as the popular brand 😊. I substitute honey for refined sugar a lot.

@@TheEssentialRanchersLife First, consult your doctor or health care professional before doing anything. I feel like a new person. I have been doing enemas (coffee, essential oil, herbal, oil, warm water) and suppositories (essential oil, coconut oil) since 1995 for detoxing and the health benefits.

How often do you do them??
@ENEMA_AND_YOGA_CHANNEL4 ай бұрын
@TheEssentialRanchersLife I personally do the water enemas on a daily basis. I do coffee enemas, essential oil enemas/suppositories, and herbal enemas/suppositories as needed (at times, I will do them on a daily basis for a certain amount of days).

? Is it better to put oil in first then add water. I do it after adding water. Maybe it doesn’t matter
@TheEssentialRanchersLife6 ай бұрын
I think putting the oil in first allows it to mix a little better and makes the output distribute more evenly. In the end it probably doesn’t make a big difference.
