Changing the position of the camera/mic on the sound clips probably didn't help in showing what your pipe actually does for the sound.

I just installed mine and its a pain. Im not even sure if i did it right because it feels very lose at the bottom and the spring doesnt even feel tight. I did it on my is12 turbo.

Please dont buy ANYTHING from CTS... i bought a CAI (and a BOV) for my audi and let them know within 30 days that it was the wrong parts and they took 2 weeks to respond..gave me conflicting responses from multiple customer service reps...then made me pay to return ot for "verification" now im out the $350 for parts, the $127 for return shipping and still dont have the parts back....its been 10 months

Just installed this in my 2014 q5 and 4 days later my check engine light appears with a MAP sensor fault code. Really disappointed it sounded for the first few days.

Shouldn't have used launch control... it cuts out the shift farts.

What ended up happening to this car?

If it's anything like the intake they sent me for my r56, the engine is now full of dirt that was caked in the pipe, the incomplete welds could be letting unfiltered air enter, could have a check engine light from the dummying out of sensors that isn't covered by the instructions, and it doesn't actually fit because there's no way to reconnect both breathers and said sensors. But the powder coat looks great!

Hello! Looks amazing! I have a question though. The housing of a high performance filter must isolate the air intake away from the engine heat, allowing it to get cold air (which is by definition more dense, hence more air mass, more power). So, how this openings in the housing (which looks cool!) Help to achieve this isolating task?. The conic filter improved flow capacity compared to regular filters is usually negligible for performance purposes compared to the cold air intake. Thanks!

I just installed mine 2 days ago and love it so far. Definitely feel more torque and better throttle response. Also sounds great in sport mode. Install took about 15 minutes.

Bro this catback sounds nothing like this in real life. Video doesn’t include what tune or downpipe this person is running. I have the cts turbo catback with an arm downpipe and it’s still so quiet. This video is pretty misleading it’s actually what led me to buy one sooo do more research than I did lol.
