What is the benefit to building a team vs having the team all sign onto a single login? We made our account with the church info, and we plan to just have everyone log into that account when they practice on their own devices or during the worship set. Is there something I’m missing as to why this would not work?

Using Prime Teams limits the other users practicing with the setlist so that they aren't able to adjust or change anything with the main setlist. If they are using the main account and change something, it will affect all users.

Thank you for the tutorial. I've followed all the steps, and my Mac is showing on the iPad and connected. However, after editing the MIDI cues as per your demo, the slides are not changing on ProPresenter 7. Any suggestions on what I might be doing wrong please? I have also added MIDI Note On Action for all the slides in Pro presenter, still nothing happens.

In the MIDI tab in your Prime settings, make sure that you have selected your network as a Port next to Lyrics. If this still isn't working, please email [email protected] and our team can help troubleshoot. Thanks!

Hey Jaci, that is true. 10 years ago when we ran this promotion they were free. Now they're $4.99, unless you become a Loop Community producer. Then you get them sent to you for free!

Great Video! I hope i can get a response from ya. Question, i lead worship at times and i have 2 singers at most. So for simplicity reasons and money. Could i just use the following set up to get by: Ipad ➡ splitter cable ➡ 2 direct boxes➡ XLR to a big wheeled Bluetooh speaker with xlr ports, mic ports etc. ↕ ➡XLR to 2 channel mixer then get 3 sets of in ears with extension cables to reach the 2 channel mixer and plug in so that we can all hear track and click? then the house can only hear track via bluetooh speaker?

As the drummer (but not the "leader" that presses the "Play" button, is there a way to have his Prime app, start my Prime app that we have "sync'd" ? (2 different iPads) I find the section wave forms helpful to determine the dynamics of my part within the song.

Can you change the time signature within the song? Some 4/4 songs have a 2/4 measure within the song and then goes back to 4/4 after a measure.

How do I use the usb-c on the newer iPads to connect both looptimus mini and utilize the sound out of iPad? Some type of splitter cable?

Unfortunately, there is not a way to do this without using additional hardware like Track Rig. There is not an adapter / splitter that sends MIDI and audio. It is unfortunate with Apple continuing to remove ports on their devices. With Track Rig, you can connect the interface to the iPad, and then the Mini can connect to the USB hub on the back and it will be able to connect to Prime. We do have the Bluetooth Looptimus+ that helps get around this as well. You can send the MIDI to the iPad over bluetooth.

So i’m having trouble connecting my iPad to my Church) is in her base, however, when I use a laptop it reads the interface immediately both use the same account with the same global settings. Any idea as to why that is happening?

Background vocals will come with the Split and Stereo tracks when you purchase the Split Tracks, unless you mute them before your purchase.

I love Prime Teams!! It's a killer feature. PLEASE add Android or PC support for Prime or build out a web player of tracks. Many people on my team don't have iOS or Mac devices. Letting everyone have access to practice tracks would be a GAME CHANGER! Thanks! -David

Track Rig comes with a USB C cable that you can use to connect a USB C device. But the hub is regular USB.

I'm a worship leader at The Healing Word Church in Pine Grove, CA. I've been using tracks for 3 years now. I do not have a live band. Hey Freddy, there isn't a way to extract stems from a single audio file. You'd have to already have the stems separated out from when they were recorded.

Your team members would have to use Prime to access the tracks, but they don't have to have Prime for you to use it.

What if you are playing keys? How will the drummer hear you if he has the stems but not the individual playing the keys or another instrument/vocalist.?

You can send the other instruments from the soundboard back to the interface the drummer is using so that he can hear everyone. If you need more info on this, let us know!
