Yes it's an easy fix BUT I shouldn't have to replace the battery on a BRAND NEW RAZOR 24V DIRT SX MCGRATH GREEN QUAD.. Bought TWO one for my daughter and one for my niece..FROM "TARGET" Both With Problems.. My niece's the charger was bad..It was either wait months for an email back from "TARGET" & "RAZOR" because that's how long it took ..We decided just to buy a charger ourselves. My Daughter road hers up & Down our paved Street and Quad was making a clicking noise so I took a video of it.. Finally after month of waiting on "TARGET" & "RAZOR" THINKING THEY'RE GOING TO SEND A NEW QUAD ‼️NOPE‼️ THEY SENT A NEW BATTERY‼️ SO NOW IT'S MY PROBLEM I GUESS TO FIX IT AFTER SPENDING OVER $1000 FOR "2" QUADS..TERRIBLE BUSINESS, 2 BIG COMPANIES CAN'T DO THE RIGHT THING AND FIX THERE MESS UPS. I'M GOING TO MAKE A VIDEO AND POST IT ON MULTIPLE PLATFORMS SO PEOPLE CAN HAVE A HEADS UP ABOUT THESE COMPANIES. I HAVE EVERYTHING DOCUMENTED AND I'LL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO TAG THESE COMPANIES IN THE VIDEO. GO GAS POWER QUAD . YOU'LL BE MUCH HAPPIER. YOUR KIDS WON'T OUT GROW THEM AS FAST. I USALLY GO GAS BUT FIGURED I'D TRY SOMETHING NEW.."BAD CHOICE" BAD BUSINESS, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE SO DON'T PUT YOUR KIDS THROUGH THIS AND GET THEIR HOPES UP FOR NOTHING. STAY BLESSED 🙏🏻
