What is it used for?

It’s used to manipulate large wood pieces in to place. Handy when you’re processing wood for fires, or trying to get a piece in a certain position for cutting.

Awesome vid Matt! I hadn't thought of just making a pickaroon out of an old axe head. Been wanting one for some time now.

Dude! I’ve been meaning to write back for some time. I came across your messenger message a couple of weeks back and realized I hadn’t replied to you! Will send a more comprehensive reply later, but wanted to say a quick hello. Talk to you soon. And thanks for the comment!

Ok, I may start doing that in later videos; thanks for the feedback!. It’s a blueing solution that helps prevent the steel from rusting. I followed it up with an oil to help preserve as well later on in the video.
