Good review mate cheaper registration too much electronics for me something to go wrong in the bush maybe I still have a 2002 hzj 79 series that I can still do a lot of maintenance myself which I had to pay a mechanic to put a new clutch in it for me 😁

Hey mate, nice vid, nice place. I was reading that all of these hipcamps require you to be fully self contained including toilet, is that correct?

Cheers for that 👍 And in answer to your question Nearly all the ones we have stayed at you do have to be fully self contained… We are all set up for free camping so it’s not an issue…. But there is hiocamps that do have some facilities available… Hope this helps and thanks again for watching the video we appreciate it 👍

That’s a cracking spot mate right on the river. Decent size carp, I reckon there’d be some biggins in there. Shame you couldn’t eat the 2 crayfish you caught 🦞 Barramundi looked amazing too. Thanks for sharing mate 🤙🏻

Love the place but it was much better before they fixed the road and before all the recent FB pages on the Bridle Track. Its nearly a no go on weekends anymore 😞 The amount of rubbish we cleaned up was outrageous. Just couldnt take any more. Hopefully they dont stop us camping there because of the grubs

Great video Steve and Co. I’ll say one thing mate, as I’m writing this comment my stomach is burning when I seen the rubbish that got left in the fire pit. Absolutely disgraceful and you can sort of work out who the culprits are!! Thanks to people like you guys these places might stay open. Enough about that, I really enjoyed the video. Cheers mate 🤙🏻

Very disappointed with people leaving their rubbish behind in such an awesome place. Not very hard to take it with you and find a bin somewhere. Apart from that Steve that food looked amazing mate. Pinch River is a top campsite, especially if you have the entire place to yourself! The birdlife there is great, loved the footage of the Crimson Rosellas, my favourite Australian bird. Looks a top little adventure with ya old man. The Hilux setup is ideal for those kinds of trips I reckon.
