Thank you @tothroland3480. I understand it's un common to use such vocabulary to avoid confusion especially when talking to beginner musicians. But when you learn about en-harmonics, you know that B# & E# actually exist. You can't mix flats and sharps in the same piece. So you choose one. Hence the reason I used #s I used it to avoid confusion as well depending on the tuner one is using.
