Nice! What’s the fabric/material you’re using as a cover? I saw people using silicone but that didn’t make sense to me since silicone is heat resistant. Yours looks like some kind of fabric from the torn edges. Just got my hat press yesterday!

I just bought this same machine and want to try this, would you mind sharing what settings and passws yoi use? I am very new to fiber and have no idea how the settings effect metals. I want to use brass, i am assuming this is brass? If you don't mind could you share how to run this for brass?

It is brass, lower comment says it’s brass dust on around it.

Definitely going to check mine now. We all have to stop perpetuating the false advertising by calling this a Fibre laser. It is a DPSS laser. Thanks for the video. I have some testing to do now. Last few days I have been trying to get the rotary tools working nicely. Alignment of both is critical to get good results. Will probably end up making a jig for them to sit in or on. regards Trevor

First I’ve heard of it being a DPSS laser. Interesting
@Trevs-Shed Жыл бұрын
@@brianwolff8073 I posted about this on the M1 Facebook group when I realised a week or so ago. It is false advertising. And is why the machine is so small in comparison to the true fibre lasers they compare it to in the advertising. If I hadnt been conned by the advertising and everyone's use of the word fibre I would have spent some more on the real thing.
