Yes, entirely! they use different examiners for each question, so they would never realise.

quelle chance means what luck and she put it there because her sporting activity with her friends went well :). You would put quelle chance at the end of something good that has happened to you to emphasise how well it went (and to show off to your teacher). Hope that Helped :)
