I have no clue but I'm bawling my eyes out. I have to have my dog go to sleep tomorrow and for some reason this concert came on plus the film comparisons. I remember it vividly being mesmerised. Then doing my paper round and seeing the headlines that Freddy had died and crying the whole of it. Maybe it's age and emotions but also you don't know what you appreciate before it's gone.

When Live Aid was on, I was 17 and didn't know much about Queen. I knew their chart hits, but that's about it and I thought they're are just another pop group. Until this concert. I watched it on a small TV set. I recorded the entire Live Aid Concert audio on several cassette tapes. The Queen gig was tape #4. They blew me away! #4 became my all time favourite cassette tape - I listened to it 100s of times. And I still have it. I had tears of joy in my eyes when watching the concert 'again' in the movie more than 30 years later. To me, it was best music gig of all times.

I am 62 and regrettably never saw Queen in concert. I never followed the gossip on them or any band. It wasn't relevant to me what was being said, it was how the music was to me. After seeing the movie this year I hear the songs with a greater appreciation and understand how lucky we were to have this group bring us songs that live forever. true champions live forever. God bless you Freddie, I think somehow you were there when they filmed the movie.

That film SUCKED and was a complete disgrace to Freddie Mercury. The FACTS of Freddie's life were reduced to pathetic Hollywood Cliches, he was made to look like a cocky, arrogant pathetic jerk and you could barely understand Malek when he spoke due to the unnecessary ridiculous dental piece they crammed in his mouth. When original fans like myself voiced our complaints about the inaccuracies people scoffed and claimed WE didn't understand that it was a "biopic". BUT: Malek worked for weeks to be sure he copied every single move Freddie made on stage during Live Aid. Give me a break!! That P.O.S. was so bad I walked out after about 20 minutes so I could go puke. GROSS.

Wow, wow wow. Thank you for creating this. Brought tears to my eyes. Live Aid was once only once in a lifetime experience. Freddie Mercury has and never will be surpassed for his genius. His command of the crowd and showmanship....wow.

My parents HATED Freddie Mercury. They never elabourated further than a few derogatory words. I wasnt even a teen and didnt get how they could hate 'the Highlander film music guy' . Every bbq we crank out Queen and its now an Easter tradition! Brian May is phenominal. They all are.
