Thor needs to flow more on his approach and also at times be taking a back crossover to go outside in. Dropping contact point on high line swing. Feet are bad when pulling on block at times. Often per-committed on shots before reading the defense. Serving was pretty good at times. Blocking getting better.

48 and still play twice a week, crushing balls. My son is now 16, and the best player in the 10 local schools as a sophomore. Please keep telling me low elbow is better. You can suffer from baseball elbow injuries and I will keep hitting sharp angle. 😂

wow, I had no idea they analyzed their opponents so closely. I've seen tutorials on reading the hitter but have not done analysis to this degree on an individual

:49....Yeah.... We can see all the details of the small black object youre holding in front of the all black shirt your wearing, while standing 20 feet away from the camera and filming in 720p.🤣... Best question ever...... The dude in the grey shirt looks as confused as I am as to whether or not you are joking.

Thank you so much for the tips. I hurt my shoulder while spiking. I did not know that writ movement is very important for spiking. I will practice the way you have discussed.

Good explanations but I'm missing something: the bending of the head and upper body to the left. You almost never see a good hitter with a vertical torso.

Yes, I would. Also in between sets during your workout or part of a warmup.

People should understand that this is way too much touching of a young girl from an authority bigger male coach. At one incident he almost touched her breasts. I've taught lot of girls going into colleges and I've never ever had to physically touch girls in this way. This guys must not pay attention to SafeSport. All of us who played high level volleyball had never coaches touch us in this way.

Sometimes it happens that When somebody trying to hit the ball so hard thats makes your hand to hit the thing between own legs. Not all the time but sometimes it happens. Something to do about it? and also having the same power during the spike?

Terrible video. Inconsistent accent, nonsensical advice. The blockers are constantly choosing line or angle, while the voiceover says that you don't have to choose. 75,000 offensive plays are discussed, but only two are ever shown (back set, front set). The bit about blocking hard-driven balls was absolutely retarded as well. Who isn't trying to block smashes? What do you think blockers are doing?

Wow. San you seem like a fool! But there is always critics. 15% of people will always hate you no matter what you say! :) Ripping on the accent? OK? What is interesting is you miss the power of this video. About a year or two after this video you saw a big change in how the Mckibben brothers approach their offense. They made changes. Can you guess how and to what? :) Cheers. And I don't care for your reply San. It will be deleted!
