A large percentage of weight loss is through a reduction in calories not exercise. I have lost 7 stone without exercise, just dog walking. Perhaps SW is not the right plan for you. Maybe calorie counting would work better although it is more work. The crucial thing is to highlight your triggers. The foods you can't stop eating. For me it was carbs. I started keto and it worked for me. Moderation is not a thing I can do. One nibble leads to more.

Hi Vic. I have a book out on Amazon that is a guide on how to lose weight in the most sustainable, enjoyable and simplest way. With an emphasis on how to get down to a goal weight with your metabolism in the best shape possible to make keeping the weight off (the bit people struggle with the most) really easy to do. If you were willing to invest in a copy then I would be happy to work with you for the next 12 weeks to get your personal plan setup, and then guide you through the weeks to make sure you were happy with it and knew exactly how to get the most bang for your buck from your efforts going forward.

I lost 7 Stone with sw but after reaching target found my group less than supporting. Make sure you have a group that supports you because that is so important.

Thank you for a fab video. I know exactly how you’re feeling. I’ve fallen off the SW plan and really need to get back on plan and restart my journey to target. I also have lots of lovely clothes that I want to slim into. I’m also really struggling to find the motivation to restart SW. Good luck rejoining a group and can’t wait to see how you get on xx

Thank you LG. We had the most wonderful time. It was very peaceful and beautiful. The wildlife was incredible. Next time we are going to try climbing one of the mountains to get the most of the glorious views, but we would have needed a guide to help us and we had already booked 4 trips during our time away. So we decided to just do those. Fingers crossed we are still capable of hiking up mountains at 60 lol xxx 💕
