That's odd, it might be connection issues. I'd just move a few at a time, save it, and repeat... but at least you know it's saving/ making changes, rather than moving loads and not working

I find it more difficult to move videos around or sometimes it would save it but changes the format e.g. portrait to stretched landscape.

@TheKaKaNow I've been trying all kinds of various steps for over a year now, even today I tried with just moving one to its "correct" order, and same thing. The only variable that may be a factor is the only real use I have to have things in a particular order is with my "Groups" so I AM talking rearranging photos on a "Group's" page, maybe THAT'S a limitation? Even so... very frustrating.
