When I do the 3rd option, and I click basic cut, and it changes my background to a different color, it adds a black outline that I cannot get rid of

I have not done a wash test with the glitter or glow-in-the-dark heat transfer paper but I did do a wash test with Teckwrap’s regular heat transfer paper which you can watch here kzfaq.info/get/bejne/j6yJZpZ50tjIhoE.htmlsi=-QIwSZfq5uwY7lKw

Sometimes that happens to me when there have been new updates to my Mac. What I do is delete my printer from my computer and then reinstall the drivers to the most updated version and then the options are there again . I know it’s a pain but hopefully it works for you.

You will not have have textile option because you do not have a true sublimation printer. You will have to figure out the best setting for you by experimenting. I do not have a converted printer but other KZfaqrs do and I’m sure you can find what you’re looking for. All the best.

Whenever i press vinyl on top of other vinyl like your black piece and the bigger pieces at the top i get bubbles and/or it peels off kinda after a wash.. what do i do?

Thank you for this tutorial. I had the first silhouette cameo and I sold it. My husband bought me the cricut maker and I am scared to turn it on! It is so different than the Cameo. I have been watching all the cricut videos and saving them for reference.

What type of transfer tape did you use please?

The majority of heat transfer vinyl already has an adhesive backing on it so there is no need for transfer tape.

Cricut Design Space, it’s the software needed in order to use a Cricut machine. I use it on an iMac computer but you can use a PC as well.

Hi I’m new to your tutorials and thinking of buying a cricut machine. Thank you for the clear tutorial. Have you a tutorial for cutting out letters on clear labels pls, as I would like to print letters on to clear balloons for my daughters wedding. Thank you.

A Cricut machine for wedding prep is such a great idea. Personally I have never put letters on balloons but I imagine once the ballon is blown up you could carefully apply vinyl letters to it. There are so many ways to do labels. You could get printable clear sticker paper and do a print then cut project. Thanks! The SVG for this image was not working for me for some reason so I used the DXF file which worked great. Why - I’m not 100% sure. I’ve used other SVG files with no issue so I don’t know why I couldn’t get this one to work.

You’re welcome. You can do this with the Cricut Joy Extra but not the original Cricut Joy.
