@@SeanFillner Txs for the response. I am wearing proper riding gear. This is very noticeable so when I go for my 610 miles service I will check with dealer. It appears to be random. Some people having issues and others no issues. I have owened several bikes and never experienced this level of heat. My last bike a 2017 BMW 1200 GSA had no issues but these are probably the best in terms of engine heat. Hi, thanks again for posting. I enjoy your videos - don't worry about the haters, I suspect you don't anyway. You might be interested in the Touratech ZumoLock. I use it on my 390ADV and it not only locks the Zumo to your bike but prevents it bouncing off the mount in the event of an extreme front end bottomout, which happened to me before I fitted it. I never remove my GPS from the bike now as I know it can't easily be removed without a key.

Great stuff. Just subbed. You know that motorcycles have sequential transmissions right? Meaning you don’t need to use the clutch to up and down shift. While you’re accelerating, just close the throttle completely, and shift up, then get back on throttle. Same for down shifting, but it will lock you out until your rpm’s are low enough for safety reasons obviously cuz it doesn’t blip the throw. Don’t get me wrong, quick shift and auto blip is the way to go, but I wanted to share this knowledge with you if you didn’t know. Basically the quick shift option electronically cuts throttle for that split second so you can up shift rather than you manually closing the throttle, which is way faster.
@SeanFillner20 күн бұрын
On KTMS specifically the quickshifter cuts the ignition while trying to shift for buttery smooth transitions. You won't be able to shift the bike without the clutch/quickshifter due to the transmission design on ktms.

I don't think Sherpa is a good value. I bought a Colt 17,000 lbs winch. The cheap Chinese cable started fraying immediately just winding it in and out. The motor seized due to corrosion in less than a year because it had no gasket material. Salt water from winter road had infiltrated, and it didn't last the winter. They replaced the motor. The winch tie rod bolts broke the casting. It works, but the colt model is not up to a premium product's standard. You could get the same winch for half the price. I won't be buying another one in the future.
