I also find getting some sun helps with cold ..yer i know we need sunacreen but atleast get sunshine without sunacreen for 15 min to 20 min ..vit D helps with immunity and God gave us sun ..so in the morning get some sun kidogo tu ...even pple who r asthmatic getting sun helps with symptoms......vit D is good fr immunity kidogo tu alafu we put on sunscreen fr the day
