Mam please can you explain that in periodontitis first bone loss occurs or PDL attachment loss?? because according to the pathway of inflammation,the inflammation first reached bone and then PDL

Yes, inflammation can reach pdl through 3 ways and through bone is one pathway. In most cases , pdl attachment loss precedes bone loss
