I'm curious, doesnt' Muscles also burn fat? I don't mean like lifting weights, but just simply having it. more muscles you have in the body, the more energy it would requires to preserve them right? so as long as you maintain a high muscle volume, you could continue to burn fat just bit sitting right?

Well, it is just question of homeostasis as with other substances you start to pump into your body. So the natural production of tst goes down and while the extra external tst contributes to extra muscle cells growth, it probably contributes to also cancer cells growth and I doubt natural body cancer fighting mechanisms can keep up with that. Also that extra amount of protein (especially anima-based) also can possibly fuel extra cancer cells growth. I doubt anybody is doing a research in this regard given the approved testosterone supplement therapy works with much lower levels than the non-natty bodybuilders take.

. As a gym enthusiast, I'm all about peanut butter. It's my protein-packed go-to for energy. However finding one without harmful additives was a challenge until I tried Alpino Peanut Butter. It's all-natural-no preservatives or added sugars, just pure goodness. Perfect on bread for a low-calorie treat. Gym lovers and everyone else, this is the one for all your nutrient needs, with a delicious, creamy texture that's hard to beat! @alpinohealthfoods

Highlights- 💪 Creatine can enhance muscle size and strength for beginners. 😖 Stomach discomfort and water retention are common side effects. 💇‍♂️ Hair loss concerns related to creatine are unlikely. 🥩 Proper nutrition and training are crucial for optimal results.

Idk man this seems like a scam...im not tryna be a dick here, but I do abs work outs, leg raises, rowing, all kinds of wonderful core stuff combined with cardio and I do chest and upper body as well...but why does my upper belly get lean first? My guess is genetics, and the general shape of my body, but also just what fat reserves its temporarily depleating first...not the fact that I row alot more than the average person... because ultimately the fat always redistributes....when you get an arm pump in your arms are gona look lean as hell as they deplete the glycogin and fat reserves in that area start getting desolved with that particular work out...but guess what...it comes back, maybe its a week maybe its a few days...depends on work out cycle.. genetics...body structure ect... but I feel like what your showing here isnt really "results" in real complex studies... its showing what we all know to be true... temporary focus exercised on any muscle group makes it temporarily a leaner area of your body...no shit...you didnt show us long term results...if the point of this video was to tell people "hey you can get an ab pump before going to the beach, even if you arent lean to the point of under 14% body fat...yeah... thats fine, feel free to tell people that. You can get tight glutes from... a really intense bike ride... wow what a discovery! The fat will redistribute back to them by the next day depending on different factors.

In my experience, the struggle with weight gain can be frustrating due to limited food options. Despite trying to eat healthy, I often felt hungry and ended up snacking on sugary foods @AlpinoHealthFoods. Gaining lean muscle seemed like a battle, despite consistent gym sessions and a clean diet. After a lot of searching, I landed on Alpino Oats & High Protein peanut butter, and everything changed. The protein and fiber in this combo keep me energized and full throughout the day, making a noticeable difference in my weight gain journey. I highly recommend it!Struggling to bulk up? I get it. Alpino oats and High Protein Peanut Butter are the bestttttt! It has protein and fiber, which keep me satisfied and fueled all day. No more unhealthy snacking or bland shakes. Alpino is the key to seeing real results in my muscle-building journey!!

After doing a comprehensive study on my belly I realized that my lower belly is much bigger than my upper belly, but after eating a big lunch or dinner my upper belly will increase in size making it as big if not bigger than my lower belly. But regardless of which portion of my belly is bigger it is much smaller than my brothers belly. Please note my study did not require any exercise whatsoever.
