i don't have a smart mode i don't have a smart set button. I do have "powerful button". my mode jumps over the heat mode and shows a Fan symbol in the mode column.

I do not understand “Smart Set”. I understand it is just a toggle between two settings. But how does one “Set” the alternate Smart Set setting? Why would one set (if ever I learn how to) an alternate? You gave an example of an away setting. Does one need to remember to toggle to away, then toggle when arriving home? That makes no sense to me. Help!

I have a stupid question, I have the simple remote , can you set it to click on and off it’s self, so you don’t have to click it on manually. Thank you so much.

I am going through hell, lol. I don't know what I did, but it's not cooling correctly, may I send u an image of my remote for feedback? Where the temp is showing 72 degrees, there is also the powerful icon in this degrees box, I'm not sure if that's good or bad or how to get ride of it. I would appreciate your help thanks

What if I want the mode set to auto but just want the cool function? Or is that not possible? Having the unit switch from AC to Heating during the summer doesn't sound efficient, but I'm no expert so idk😭

awesome - the guide is a little vague on setting a timer to turn off (ie - you need a second setting for OFF) so cheers mate - life saver

Nothing against the way they check the refrigerant but the way I was taught and suggest is to do it by sub cooling and superheat. I was taught you should never hook up to a unit unless you have a suspicion that it's low such as evidence of oil.

If you don’t want the Mitisi on at all? Pressing the orange on off button clears the screen except for time but fans still run?? Turning breaker off of course shuts it off. But on off should turn it off??

Thanks for the info. I have a question. If there's one remote for 2 units, how do you change each unit? And if you set each unit differently, how do you change temperatures when going from one room to the next? Ie, set unit 1 at 70, set unit 2 at 72. If I want to change unit 1 to 72, it has the info for the other unit already set at 72.
