The man in the black t shirt was the only person that behaved correctly. He gave the horse plenty of room, posed for a photo which took five seconds, instead of the usual five minutes and was gone. The worst of the behaviour around the unfortunate horses does appear to come from Chinese tourists, some of it disgraceful.
