Rooty and steep in sections, class for a trail centre build...though the dodgiest section is still adjusting to the dark going into the forest!

A hardtail is fine for this loop and is a challenge I've taken a few times myself. Just take your time and let the limbs recuperate between trails as they take a good hammering 😂

Great trails. Seems like Ireland has some first class mountain biking over there. These particular ones put me in the mind of the trails in canada. Very immersive 👍

Yeah that's a good comparison it has a bit of everything. Some steep rocky stuff too. All my footage of that didn't come out though so this is only 3 trails of the 8 up there.

They are a bit tough to find actually, I'd look at a Strava heatmap or trailforks to find the starts. There's about 7

You should check out bray head make sure you are on the left side that’s where you find all the gnarly drops and gaps it’s very tecky, sticky mud in places with some mean gaps, only thing is it’s primarily for walkers but if you hop on the mountain trails it’s very rare to see anyone, all in all good video big man🤙

They have built 4 black trails in Slieve blooms, a tech trail and a jump trail in baunreagh and a tech trail and a jump trail in Kinnitty, you should go over and do a video on them

Yeah, had a few looks at that jump towards end of steps. I braked and pumped it. It's a big send if you are a jumper and get a good run-in speed. Great track to pracrice sending drops and nice addition to Ballinastoe!

Action cameras are notorious at flattening out gradient. But to be fair expressway is a fairly shallow hill, it's quick because it's a straight line.

I don't want to spoil the fun.. But with those skis, without the made track, after two meters you would get nowhere... Not even back to the track I do this every year... Outside the made track. Again: sorry, it's Great Fun, but illusions are one thing and reality the other. To make sure, I mean do come, and then get off the ' beaten track'
