It was Weird, the back on, just on one side was not moving. Noticed the housing screw on top is stripped or no threads. Enough pressure and the housing opened allowing the large gear with pin to separate and slip. I THINK. LOL i got it back together but i am getting binding on the diff. Any pressure on it... It binds... They are getting set aside for now. I am enjoying my Truck way too much to change anything now. I think it is 1:4 on these portals. I Love your c24 :) Stupid metal drive shafts bind at to much of an angle so my truck is a little lowered now. Doesn't look bad. I am taking it out today. THANK YOU MY FRIEND> :)

Thanks Buddy. Portal axle failed me. I installed the straight ones while I fix them. Well I am in love with my truck Again. Got some speed back and still can crawl. I had way to much fun skidding down the hill. Lol

I stripped the rear Axle. hahaha. I put on the Stock ones an they are not geared down so i got some speed back. I got Offered to go help an Old friend Find his Ruger he dropped While Hunter near Mt Hood. He said he pay for lunch an Everything. Metal detect the shit out of there.

Dude i am having problems with my rear portal axle. One side is Slipping. So i put the straight ones back on and my Truck is super faster now an lower. Almost peels out now and still slow crawls. Hahaha.

@@JamesDirtRC If I recall correctly, there’s a small pin in each portal axles and that could be the culprit. It’s fussy to reassemble those. Also check all the tiny screws holding the gear housings together on the portals. Other than that, perhaps a loose grub screw. It would be nice if they were 1:1 gear ratio rather than an additional reduction in gear. I’m having an issue with the 1 speed transmission. There’s a metal shaft with a plastic gear friction fitted to it and it started slipping. Not sure if you were experiencing the same thing.

OH cool , this one i got is a little big for my wpl but it is so strong it will Pick the entire rig straight up off the ground. Got the Mod wire for the Controller button. Makes me feel like a kid LOL

@@travelinwithTODD Yeah, First RC i ever had. Went Forward, Reverse, steering would turn right. And so Forward and reverse turn. Crazy the rigs now just at walmart. I Love it. Good part of Technology hehehe.
