Been working for this company for 2 years now. Had no access to emails for about 2 months. All we have is a mobile phone. Good firm to work for but they have the crappiest IT service of all the FM companies I have ever come across. IT just dont want to know. Can't get quotes, training updates, toolbox talk info. All IT do is fob you off with a job number and say someone will contact you. Had this for 8 weeks, when the job date expires they open up a fresh job to extend the job time and you are not told until you chase the old number up, it's appalling. I am not alone with this issue it seems... How can you run a company like this, it's a shambles.
