Tap Edit to enter the Map editing page, and you can enable/disable pattern, or click Delete icon to delete it.

In the video, it doesn't look like the Yuka is picking up very many leaves. On Reddit people who use it are saying it doesn't sweep well. I don't think I want to invest that much money.

habe heute das Update xxxx.537 auf den LUBA aufgespielt, danach war die RTK nicht mehr zu erreichen, über die APP kann die RTK nicht verbunden werden, schaut man über die Mobil Einstellungen sieht man das Signal der RTK deutlich, RTK ist Grün, Robby ist bereit aber nichts geht mehr

@@mammotiontech thank you for your reply, after big brainstorming i found a solution to solve this problem, main problem was that the robot software dont want to communicate with rtk old software, i delete the wlan of rtk and connect again after this BT show the rtk again and i could install the new update on the rtk and the robot run again, but i think this new software is a step back, he run before much better

Warning Mammotion does NOT honor their 2 year warranty. The rubber boots that protect the cutting motors from water, dirt, and debris have disintegrated on mine. I have contacted mammotion via phone calls, their website, and email. They REFUSE to respond to anything correspondence. They finally responded after over four (4) months. Now, a month later, into the fifth month, I am still waiting on service or a replacement. I have a $3000+ doorstop. There are many other robotic lawn mowers on the market now to choose from. I can not and will not recommend mammotion due to their actions or lack thereof.

Dear Mammotion Support Team, Today, I received a prompt in the app to install the RTK antenna in order to proceed with the latest update. As I already explained my issue to the support team on Monday (#475722 Luba 2), I have been unable to perform the installation for the antenna from the beginning. I am including the error message regarding the connection issue. Please assist me with this matter. I have also tried to install it using other WiFi networks, both with and without password protection, but unfortunately without success. Additionally, accessing the camera through the app is not working for me. I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me quickly with this issue. Thank you very much. If you need any further adjustments or additional information added, please let me know!

@@robertomicheli1 Please click on the "+" icon in the app and select RTK. Follow the on-screen instructions to link the RTK to your account, then update the RTK to the latest version. Make sure the RTK is within Wi-Fi coverage. If the issue still exist, please submit a log via the app and let notify us about it.

I have a motor (right) not turning since saturday, i asked the service no one's answering, they promise me to send me a mail to get in touch with technicians and solve the problem but still no contact. and now the chat service is not answering , they make me queue and when it s my turn I explain everything and they quit, thanks for visiting this is a practice of sgitty persons., cowards , cheaters... i think they know they can' t fix and don t assume. it s really embarassing i think i, ll wait two days and go search a lawyer to sue them the robot was working really well I had a few problems while installing the customer service was answering quickly and correctly, but now they noticed my problem is surely that the motor is broken no one contact me nearly a week without any answer or advices be very careful before buying

I wasted the entire day updating the software on both the mower and the RTK. What a disaster. Nothing is working like it’s supposed to. My mower has been cutting 2 1/2 acres for months and now it won’t even connect to Wi-Fi after the software update.

When the update screen came up on the app and it said “1 touch update” I thought it meant “1 touch updates both mower and RTK” RTK was not bound when I did the update. I bound it after the update. I think I need to start over and do some sort of reset, bind the RTK, and then do the update.

@@CH67guy1 I also automatically updated. I had no idea RTK was not updating at the same time. Now nothing is connecting even though both were updated. It’s a nightmare to deal with, meanwhile lawn looks awful. Did you figure out hot to fix the issue?

I wouldn't recommend doing this until you have a clear sky, and can set aside some time to troubleshoot. Of my two Lubas, one now thinks that the docking station has moved and my mower is 500 feet away from where it is. The other refuses to position no matter what I do. One RTK has a blue light, one won't even stay lit. It's very overcast at the moment so maybe that's the issue and I'll see if clear skies fix them tomorrow. Two other notes - After adding the RTK stations as separate "robots" in the app, they will say they're connected even if they aren't. I unplugged one from the wall and it still says connected and lets me go into initial settings. Second, the online chat in my Android app is white text on grey backgrounds, so it's impossible to read. So be prepared.

@@mammotiontech I opened a ticket on Thursday. All the operator could do was ask for screenshots of my software versions, and have me upload logs. I have not heard back from anyone after 4 days. From reading the Mammotion subreddit, it appears that this latest update has caused widespread problems.

How thoughtful!! my Luba didn't mow for 3 days straight after working properly all summer. Why? It needs an upgrade. Was there any warning? No. Did support help? No. Had to discover it on my own🙄🙄

It states that both the RTK and the robot most receive an update. I made sure both had access to my hotspot for as long as I could and kept trying to hit update. The robot one failed and gave an error but eventually it somehow downloaded it. Once that was done, I power cycled both the robot AND the RTK multiple times, out of frustration. Eventually it worked again. Just trying to help since they suck at helping. I still have a ticket open with them that they have not addressed regarding all of this. It's important to give them feedback even if they don't give you help, so that they know and so that other manufacturers can learn from their mistakes in my opinion

There is a off on button and there is a flashing light on the back of the panel. NO information on if I should let it charge, what does the flashing light mean?? Why no information on the correct process of turning it on?

Have they been removed from the US market due to tariffs? But you filled pre-orders in the US and they are delivered without any user documentation except mounting instrustions. No User Guide at all, nothing on their web site. Support your users.

How do you adjust the edges to come in a bit more or remake just a section? Also, how do you mow just a part of the drawnout area? One area grows a lot faster than the other one, but it’s on the same lawn so I want to send it out to just the part that grows the most

My luba lost reception, again, in a very bad place right next to the garage. My wife didn't see it, and clipped it with her truck. Broke the front and rear suspension, and I was getting fault code for the front motor. Initially tech support seemed like they were going to help. I gave them all the information. They sent another email asking for the device name, which I sent. I never heard from again. I sent numerous emails. I told them, I am capable of doing the repairs myself, and that I will pay for the parts. Nothing. My only option is to buy the only set of used motors is can find for $250, and epithet JB weld tge suspension or pay about $600 for a used set. No guarantee that will fix my $2,700 paperweight. If you're the gambling type, buy a Luba. Do not expect any support if you have a problem.

My new RTK is not binding to the app. No matter what I do, how many different phones I try, it does not bind. I am sure it needs a firmware update but I can't update it because of this. Been waiting ages for a response from support. If there is a way to update the firmware via USB I am happy to do it but I'm stuck without guidance.

Currently, due to tariff reasons, our solar panels are temporarily unavailable for sale in the USA. We'll notify you promptly of any updates. Our tutorial video showcases 3 installation methods to accommodate various user needs. Typically, ensuring a 90° open sky suffices; wall mounting often improves signal compared to ground installation.

Unfortunately most likely never since the current trade was between US and China going down. Alas solar panels been caught in the crossfire. Wanted to get this Solar Panel so badly, but Mammotion has a proprietary DC outlet that is unique even though it is simple DC at 10 to 12 vlt and at extremely small consumption rate). Tried to set up solar power station of my own, but it pumps out so much power, that AC outlet on the powerbank keeps turning off and with the solar regulator it worked but the power bank kept shutting off power to AC outlet due to constant drain. Eventually gave up and just ran huge wire along the perimeter from the house outlet.

Can we get more range when mapping a channel under a roof? It makes it right to the end of the garage but then gives a tracking error. Just a meter or two more, and I could create a channel between the backyard and front yard.

The vision navigation can last for only 50 meters (164 feet). If there's no signal at all, we recommend either finding a different place to build the channel or shortening it slightly.

Does the charging station need to be out in the open? Mine is under the verandah, and it is always saying positioning? I need it to be able to go through the garage to get to the front lawn, too.

To ensure a reliable signal, both the LUBA and RTK reference station require at least a 90° open-sky view of your lawn. So relocating the charging station can be better for the LUBA to receive better satellites signals when going out and coming back. We recommend checking for updates by entering the RTK Reference Station section in the app. If you see a new version available, please proceed with the update. If the RTK Reference Station is not yet bound, make sure to bind it first.

I think this video shows one of the biggest problems with Luba. Luba cannot drive in circular motions at all! If your garden has a round flower bed, as they usually are, Luba cannot move smoothly around it. Instead, it starts going zigzag, back and forth, and eventually tears your grass from these places. I used to have a robot mower, Landroid, and they made rounded corners possible already in the pretty early phase (at least three years ago). Also, since Luba has such wide wheels and they don't turn, it tears up your grass while maneuvering regularly and around obstacles. Those wheels are also the main reason why Luba's cutting performance, from a quality point of view, is terrible. It leaves stripes (uncut grass) all over as those massive wheels are thumping them down, and then they don't have enough room to rise for the cutting blades. What worries me is that they have not made any efforts to solve any of Luba's problems over the years now.

@mammotiontech Actually, this video that you published is showing exactly the same maneuver in Luba 2 as Luba 1 had. So I don't know how much improvement has been done. And of course, the saddest thing is that Luba 1 has not developed at all! I still have that big list for improvements, but you have no desire to do even those easy fixes. I just sent you feedback from your app, which shows that my Luba is, yet again, driving outside of the boundary and against structures. There is a picture and a question about when you are going to fix this issue? The only thing that is visible to me is that somehow this Luba always has a weak signal quality in the robot itself. So my guess is that it has a faulty circuit or a bad antenna (broken or poorly designed). If you are not developing Luba 1 anymore, can you open the code so that the community could take it over and start developing it? After all, this is a €2000 machine, and we would like to get something out of it as well.
