Already ordered a pair of the 300s in safety toe. Was waiting for this release, but I ran out of time. Now I just ordered a pair of these bad assed bear slayers for my personal self. The thought that went into these boots is pretty clever. Great name and beautiful boot. Can’t wait to get them on my feet.

*This is a common concern. No worries, the heel gets sanded down. Then there's that sleek curve we're all used to seeing. It makes sense to glue and nail them down first, so that it's very sturdy for sanding into shape later 🙂! The base won't be lost. They know what they're doing. I've seen them do this before. There's full videos on their channel too.*

Yes these can be resoled and rebuilt, the screws are just taken out at the time of resole and replaced 👍

Holy cow, what the hell is this. Plywood sole, like in XVIII century. If we making expensive shoes, we using top modern technologies instead of your piece of wood: EVA, TPU, TPE foam, gel inserts, rigid carbon plate in midsole.

Not impressed, whites hand stiched through the insole makes their boots bulllet proof. This is a weak short cut for a so called hand made boot. Only thing keeping it together if the sole comes off is lining glued to insole.

*Actually the nails will never ever reach the feet. The screws for the rubber are short enough to not even reach the feet. The other nails you see are called clinch nails. The materials are sitting on a last, the mold for the foot for the leather to be shaped into a boot. When the nails are hammered into the leather and heel stack, they hit the last, and curl at the end into themselves. So the nails will never pierce the foot. Don't worry your feet will be safe! 😊* *I know this because JK Boots have commented in the replies to many people in their shorts videos before. They also have an entire video explaining this that was posted last year. It's a cool video!*
