Other cons not mentioned in the description: the gyro makes driving straight hard because it makes steering corrections when you drive straight and make a slight turn, it will go into a feedback loop where it corrects one direction, corrects its correction in the opposite direction, over and over, until you slow down or until the car slaloms wildly left to right. It's not a skill issue and my gyro was not accidentally reversed. I drive a Felony just fine in a straight line, with or without the gyro. MJX doesn't wanna go straight if you try to make a small steering adjustment, it'll sway left and right until you crash or slow down. Also, my spur stripped in 4 weeks on 3s. Also, very limited battery size support.

I guess im going to get the WL next. I currently have the rlaarlo 1/14 scale buggy, and it rocks. I'm not sure if it was the huge tires or the occasional grass driving, but the esc just died one day, the receiver no longer lit up, the motor didnt turn on but there was a flashing red light on the esc, multimemeter said it got low voltage who knows.

Cool stuff! What kind of color spray paint did you use? Any spray paint or must it be polycarbonate spray paint like those from Tamiya? And how about spraying the inside with paint instead of outside? Cos if you noticed, people spray the inside, not the outside. And btw, the video volume is way too low.

This is a nice breakdown. I was watching this and when you started to break down the diffs also so we can look at that I was immediately thinking "yes. Thank you. Lets see those gears." Well done mate. This looks an awful lot like the same Chassis VRX racing is using for their VRX RH818 just minus the big truggy tires. I'm guessing it's the same thing. So is VRX Racing the OEM maker of this? Rebrands that are carried across multiple brands means you actually have a better shot for looking for parts. For example the Helion Rock Rider, Dromida Backbone, VRX Racing Octane XL, FTX Outlaw are all essentially the same vehicle. If you're ever having a hard time finding parts for one, search the other. It's a direct bolt on. Anyways, what is the company that's actually the OEM? Anybody know?

Just got my wltoys 124017 today and it let out the magic smoke on 3$, i changed my esc to a hyper go h16bm esc it has the 4300 kv motor and separate receiver man that hyper go esc makes mine scream with no delay, i also replaced my radio

The Rlaarlo one is on growth hormone and the 144001 still has its natty card . Same chassis so twins 👯 . The remote that came with the 1/14 brushless truggy is pretty good range , that dumbo receiver thst comes with a few of theirs. The desert buggy comes with the dumbo and reciever

I have zd racing brushless porche..have had it 4 years ..looks great but remote and 2 in 1 esc/rx makes its steering servo go bonkers. I tested using different tx and rx and esc and no more crazy servo movements...but it still has a hard time going straight at 20 mph...i wish there was a way to fix its stock radio and rx issues,so at least i could like it a little bit...but am clueless on where to start..thanks for sharing ..

Put the antenna on the detector - then goto a place where there is minimal electronic disturbance - now adjust the sensitivity knob, just until it begin to beep, then turn the knob SLOWLY ANTI-CLOCKWISE just until the beep stops - THEN goto the place you want to detect, then it should beep when it detects something - there is also the hidden camera detection, which works by the red diods, and looking trough the peephole, wont explain it here, to long... (you DONT detect cameras with the "beep-function", you can turn off the beep with the button furthest to the right, it will only vibrate then) good luck! Levi in Sweden

Mine wheelies just fine. The front suspension arm holders ARE the weakest point. I’ve broke 2 plastic ones. Do the aluminum alloy. It WILL do a wheelie with full throttle on grass, 2s battery. With 3s battery, it wheelies uncontrollably on full throttle, need 75% throttle. I have 2 Thunders, so don’t believe all of this video.
