Thanks for the video. All I can say is there isnt a more frustrating machine to do maintenence on and mods. BRP screwed the pooch on user freindly panels to remove fenders are a pita to remove and quite frankly the cheapest made body in the market. CComing from a Polaris which a a bit better not much. But the best machine Ive owned for all around quality materials stout arms transmission and doors is by far the Kawasaki. Kawi just needs to up their HP and hands down all these others are laid to waste for they are truly the most unreliable flimsy over priced units out there,

Just installed one on a Commander Max XT. Is there any way to have the diff lock symbol come on, on the digital display like the rear diff lock comes on when activated? No biggie if not, but it'd be kinda nice just to be able to take a quick peek at the display to see which diff locks are engaged. Love the pin locker by the way. Easy install as well.

So after doing this, I completely understand why the holes were already drilled. What a PITA. this is not a super simple quick install. Drilling holes in a round pipe x5 and having them all be even and lined up. 😂😂😂😂

Washer Dom needs to be pointed outward then nut needs to be tourqe to 184 ft ponds for axles. Always look up tourqe specs for your machine.

Just wondering why you guys include the drill alignment tool on some of your nerf bar/rock slider kits but not all .It should be stranded since we have to drill holes on all of your kits . I was kind of bummed after watching countless install videos of individuals installing your products that came with the alignment tool and mine didn’t . I just received the exact same rock sliders as this video for my 900s . Again make them included on all your rock slider kits it takes the guess work out of it and makes our lives easier by not screwing up when drilling the new holes in the frame

By far the worst directions to replace a carrier bearing. this guy wants to take apart everything. surprised he didn't remove the head lights and wheels, all plastics and both doors. this was way over kill. do your self a favor and find another video. DONT DO WHAT THIS GUY DID> clearly he's an OCD boy-scout. uses the entire book time to do the simplest of jobs.

So I bought the bottom radius bars and I’m trying to put them on in my garage. And I put the jack under the right arm next to where the tire goes. So I just noticed when putting on the bottom rod, you moved the whole arm so you could line up the rod with the pilot hole on the arm. So I guess I have to put the damn tire back on so I can lower my jack, so I can move my jack off the arm, jack it back up with some boards in the middle of the chassis, so I move the arm a little bit so I can line up the damn holes😢

This is the most clear instructions I've found, this windshield on eBay comes with photocopied instructions and the pictures are very dark. At 2:29, the stock rollbar nuts should've been installed with the new bolts, that's why the spacers sunk back into the rollbar. Ok, this video helped me get the lower installed, now I can assemble the hardware on the top, since everything is unassembled on the ebay copies. And the pictures are black, I'm sure I'll be back to check something. 😅

If my drive shaft is so loose that it clanks when I put it in gear and give it some throttle, is it most certainly the carrier bearing or could it still be something else?
