Should mention that A&k has horrible piston eating problem and stock hop is probably biggest issue with this line of LMG'S.

All good things to note, we didn't mention it in the video considering our M249, which we bought back in early 2017, didn't run into issues until 2023. At which point Allan had to replace the hop-up, nozzle, piston/piston head. We didn't think it was worth mentioning in the video since 6 years of somewhat frequent use until the parts wore out wasn't bad enough to be mentionable.

If you like guns you need to get involved politically. Especially in California. California rifle and pistol association would be the best to join to protect your gun rights. Good job on the Turkish Mauser. Probably one of the most informative contributors on KZfaq about the Turkish Mauser.

What is more based than running around with a VERY long, fixed stock, 4.2kg gun, with just iron sights that shoots like shit? Arriving on the field you're already MOGGING the 7 inch polymer m4 and high capa betas with a gun double in length and weight, half of the viability, and still win. And you can be even MORE based, is adding 1.1KG weight within the reciever to have it weigh the same loaded, as larp is intended, and wait what 7.62 F.A.S.T M.O.L.L.E pouches? No, you will use 60's era chestrigs with weird button-opening pouches, too wide and too deep for your magazines, but you can awkwardly fit two in each pouch. Since you have no space or strength left to carry a pistol, your only option in CQB is a bayonet to go for knifekills with. Again, MOGS bayonet-less m4's and high capas.

Based video, love your candle holder and the authentic tea glass! Kirikkale is a city not far from Ankara, and it's actually where my mother is from. The town is awful, but the fact that its name is stamped on those beautiful Mausers kind of makes me feel proud. Certainly one of the most beautiful rifles in history, imho. Thank you!

Nice video , if I remember correctly , the contract with Mauser to purchase rifles from them had a clause that stated , whenever there were improvements to the Mauser rifle , their contract automatically updated to the newer version . I have a dated 1935 dated rifle and a 1946 dated one . I have a 88/05 Commission rifle that was sent to the Ottomans as war aide and just acquired the Turkish Orman , made from the French Berthier 1907/15’s. Thanks again

Ive been eyeballing the lct g3 with wood furniture for awhile. after finding out the issues with mid cap mags, i think i'll pick up a high cap mag instead. love your energy bro.

I'm sorry to say that the High Caps also have the same issues. It seems to be a problem with the outer shell dimensions for all the mags.

Didn't mean for it to be implied, but I just put the Fez on the table since I don't have a decent Ottoman Kabalak repro. Never meant to make it seem like the Fez was a military hat for post Balkan-War Turkish history in the video.

The length does make it difficult to maneuver with in close quarters indoor/outdoor maps. However, if your local field has wide open maps with cover, it performs excellently. Perhaps not HPA or Polar Star, but for the price you will get a kick out of it!
