I think the meaning is to be found in self discipline, art, and music, but to each their own. You choose responsibility if you want, personally it's brought me nothing but grief.

I had brain n spinal virus when I was 4 sometimes I feel I’m back there thou n I know my brain was different from then I it wasn’t emotional traumatic for me because I just remember being sleepy and pain from operations recovery and kidney damage but I always felt safe coz my mum was there , it’s was her trauma to watch me so sick and fading before her eyes - I’m so grateful n so blessed to have her but I feel her pain , the pain I feel is hers , but it’s not mine

Jordan's goal is to be very wealthy by selling "words." And he has succeeded. Jordan signed on with the Conservative Daily Wire ... because he could SEE the big dollar signs in doing so. Note the words "Paying subscribers." Over the past three months, The Daily Wire has added tens of thousands of new paying subscribers - pushing the overall subscriber number for the conservative news and media empire founded by Ben Shapiro, Caleb Robinson, and Jeremy Boreing to 890,000. That puts the company, the subscriber base for which stood just shy of the 600,000 mark back in April, within striking distance of 1 million, a number that might actually be achieved sooner rather than later as a result of a series of updates and announcements that the company laid out on Wednesday, June 29.

A lot of folks reach out "there" for happiness...just human nature. However, as we mature, we need to take charge of our own inner lives...quite another dynamic to embrace, and that is the life-journey. And yes, as JP alludes to, and the SJW movement demonstrably shows, the immaturity of the Left is epic! LOL. Thanks.

I asked for much of my suffering. But the vast majority was not caused by anything I did. I feel like my life is marred with tragedy to a point that I have decided that I will be suffering my whole life. I just wanted to say sometimes there are people who suffer greatly their entire lives. I'm not negative or depressed about it. Just conscientious and constantly seeking ways to cope.

Life is complicated without meaningful work. And In re ignoring chores like cleaning out a closet for years is tardy not terrible until it makes life unmanageable … my own experiences with avoidance is all my habits needed to be let go of simply because all things depreciate whether useful or not … human’s are spiritual beings not robotic so it’s natural to embrace nature where beauty lies not things to hoard!☀️🌟❣️🦋🌜🌻🦉

If you live to avoid suffering you don’t know how to love. “Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.” (1 Corinthians‬ ‭13:4-7‬ ‭ESV‬‬)

Jordan Peterson is smart no doubt but not smart enough to know the dangers of using benzos even in small doses. He knows now of course as I wise man once said that which hurts instructs and I wish him a full recovery. My point is if the great Jordan Peterson couldn't apparently see the danger what hope for the rest of us?

I am just not cool enough. So I signed up for Dating in "Social Anxiety Forums" / "Suicide Chat's" and a "Sensitive Datingsites". But even there, ppl just dont want to be together. They are not as neurotic about it as me. Like ending up alone and wasting your whole life cause of conflict, stupidity and your ego. And so I get Angry at them. But as soon as you do that? They cast you out. They have no sympathy for anyone. Especially coming from the other gender. What they most likely do, despite the fact that they should feel alone? Is probably ghosting an old crush of them. I dont know. To me, its logical to bilt a relationship up? But to girls, I dont know. Maybe they dont need us? Maybe they dont feel alone. And even if they feel alone? They wouldnt tell. Cause they could never aknowlegde the pathology of life beeing the worst sometimes. And then its like: "What you want me to do? Have sex with you? Try to flatter you? Try to change your mind? Make huge romatic gestures?" And so, if they dont want, what you gonna do? To them, ending up alone, doesnt even cross their mind. And they will always go for a romance that will not stand or last the tests of time. So, over 25 Years? I just gave up. They are infuriating and illogical. And noones ever good enough for them, unless its the romance their are looking for.

So hes saying meaning comes from external sources. You need that job or wife or whatever to provide it for you. And so you're life is meaningless unless other things give you meaning. Something fundamentally flawed with that. The real question is why don't you have those externals? He's thinking backwards. Meaning starts with the self. If you're damaged because your childhood was unstable on different levels you won't think you are worthy of the externals and over the years you reinforce that with confirmation bias.
@DadSherwood
@DadSherwood 2 жыл бұрын
It's not that it comes from the external, its the interactions with the external that create meaning. No human can survive in a social vacuum, it starts day one with your mother
@gianthills
@gianthills 2 жыл бұрын
@@DadSherwood you're still in a vacuum. Are you suggesting going back in time to correct the childhood you had? You can't do that, so all you have is yourself to correct. No attachment to externals will fix you. That's why people turn to addiction. It feels like the very thing you didn't get growing up. But it too is an external and superficial replacement.
