Will you guys release more 33 rpm UHQRs other than Kind of Blue? I'd like to see more options as I personally don't care for the 45 rpm double LPs and the additional price that comes with it.

How exciting that House of Artifacts has released its first single, Jonathan! I met you at AXPONA ‘23, and you were very kind and helped me look for an album I swear I had seen (and decided I wanted). After 10 minutes searching we found it. I would buy your band’s first single just to pay you back for that kindness, but after streaming was blown away by the sound quality and musicianship of Fire On The Mountain. Instant purchase! There seem to be two different hobbies: listening to records and collecting records. Most of us are somewhere in the middle of the spectrum and this guy seems like more of a collector. I appreciate these people, but I think it’s best to lean hard towards the listener end of the spectrum.

We did have it, but I bought it a few years ago. The 2018 third man “fish scale fruitcake” edition. It sets nicely with my Shaggs LP.

Rare audiophile records is a small market and probably a good investment to make profit but many music lovers play their records and don't care about these pressings because these records are reissues and not the original ones. Japanese pressings are nice but the sound often lacks bass. Anyway, there's something for everyone.

I thought so too when cds first came out, and then I heard the Police Synchronicity . That one crappy cd ended that debate for me. Also Zeppelins houses of the holy first cd pressing, you can hear the edits it’s awful .

Sound different yes, better probably not. People that have never heard a high end vinyl setup, only cheap or average systems and dirty records somehow just can't fathom that on a lot of recordings, vinyl is superior.

@@utp216 Some collectors collect purely to make $$$. If so, this is the WRONG stuff for him/her to collect. Best to collect items that will appreciate than not.. like rare art pieces / original oils / rare fine wines etc....

There’s no way this guy is coming up short, these kinds of records sell in the many hundreds, some in the thousands, he likely bought them for 30 bucks or so. He’s ok. And we don’t know he didn’t enjoy them, perhaps he had his own copies he played and kept the others for posterity. It’s not what I’d choose to do, but I value people like this as it means I have a chance of owning these gems still in mint condition decades later.

Please do a 45 RPM UHQR of Soundgarden’s Superunknown. It’s one of the best produced and sounding rock records ever. It’s an analogue recording.

I know that VHS's don't have the picture quality of a DVD or even Blu Ray, but the audio is not compressed unlike on DVD's , where you have mostly compressed audio in mp3 quality. That's why I keep my old concert and music VHS's. The still sound great.

Why does the Gerry Mulligan & Ben Webster album cover on the website not match the one shown here? In Apple Music they have both versions and the one here is a complete double LP, while the one on the website is a single LP.

I've got an original copy that I can't give away yet they're reissuing these common albums when there's so many albums that actually really need reissuing. They even reissued Linda Ronstadt even though every record store on the planet has had 20 copies collecting dust for the last 40yrs, it's ridiculous
