It is great to see this one again. Thank you, Professor Michael Michael Parenti for your books, lectures and educated those who found you. I am collecting all these videos again. I have most of your books. Your legacy will remain. Thank you, sir. RIP 🙏❤️ The wreckage is now totally in 2024, but people are waking up. It is never to late to change. Free Palestine.

Postman is our ages Nietzsche. His brilliance will be appreciated long after his death. Thank you postman for breaking the very structure of the medium we live in for me. I understand so much more now but have even more questions 😂

The American flag patches are on the wrong arm. The "stars" should be forward (on the right arm) as in leading the charge.

This is good! The brain is wonderful, this video reminds me a lot of 'Thinking Fast and Slow' by Daniel Kahneman. I've put a little thought in myself, and it's unfortunate that the trust the innocent put into the illusion (anymore) of public security is ill-spent. I'm kind of an anxious person, I've been followed home partially before, almost been mugged (the whole, "what time is it?" Bit) and more, but being situationally aware is step 1, there will always need to be a step 2 + (i.e. cameras can heavily deter crime, but aren't made to prevent it without external intervention). Getting distracted when on high alert is a bit harder than when you think you are safe. I have a hard time enjoying concerts and movies sometimes just because there are so many variables to try to keep track of, I wish the world was different, but it's not. It still beats living in the jungle with wild animals 3x your weight and twice as fast I guess. 🤪 Be safe out there, but enjoy your life too, get into the flow state: lest ye be mugged ||or|| chronically stressed. 🙂

The potatoes need to be hand grated for the correct texture. They make a machine in Europe that will grate them properly. There is no substitute for hand grating this recipe.

The Amish communities are the only societies I know of that are able to slow themselves down enough to evaluate the new technological gadget and then decide whether or not to adopt it. They are very practiced in the process. Does anyone else know of any other societies that are good at consciously adopting or rejecting the latest new thing?

Postman's writings are among the most important things I read during my 40 years of teaching. So much sense there, so challenging at the same time. I wanted to be a better teacher because of his teaching.

Darn, I just noticed that the recipe requires semi chocolate; I used dark chocolate. So I had to add sugar. Not sure it that is why the butter came to the top when finished. Anyway, I am hoping for the best. Thank you for sharing.
