Good thing I watched the harassment training first I noticed the camera man has been focusing on the girl with the dark shirt on with the braid yeah he shows her numerous times and just stares at her with the camera so yeah that's sexual harassment.

Linda Farrar, this is the best information and content that I have seen. Your course is very informational and interesting, never boring. I know that your classes will help in the quality of care for many seniors with dementia. Thank you for everything you do and the many hours you have put into making this possible. It is such a benefit to have this on KZfaq and hopefully many people will benefit.

So sad! Abusing the elderly, stealing, disrespecting the elderly is unacceptable. If any of these behaviors was to happen to my love one's it will not be a television station that wouldn't hear about what happen. I will make them pay for their abuse.

I really appreciate that she uses the social model of disability--focusing on their abilities and not defining them (or anyone) by their disabilities. I feel enriched by this series. I too wish that nursing homes everywhere used this series during orientation.

Having Alzheimer's disease knocked my mother off her life and had her living like a mad person, I didn't know how the better part of her life eluded her, my mind was completely splitted in two, She showed a severe decline in her mental and cognitive skills in the last few years and her quality of life had deteriorated greatly in the past 2 years where she was mostly bedridden. I am very glad my partner sought help and now she is free from all signs of psychosis. She was healed through the herbal medicines from Dr. Rohan (BRONGEE). I believe there is no act of kindness that is too small that is why I am sharing this testimony here. If you have anybody who is diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease, I will advise you to opt out from western medication and go for BRONGEE herbal medicine. you will have every reason to be happy again just as I am. You can contact Dr.Rohan via [email protected] He is well known for his groundbreaking treatments concerning the brain and mind issues.

this entire training was incredible. I truly believe every person working in long term care and with people with dementia should watch these - EVERYONE. from nurses to aids to directors and on. This gave me so many wonderful ideas about my own role and things I can do at work but also talked to a lot of things about my mom, who is in likely mid stage dementia. How do I get the people who work with her to care for and about her. ...

CMS needs to change the guidelines of how many residents per one aid. So much abuses going on not just to the residents but to the aids as well. The facilities overwork them by giving them way too many residents.

Good actors and actresses nothing more. Not real. There are so much more going on in these facilities. When abuses are reported, most facilities do nothing about it. And because of that people stop reporting. Facts.
